VersaFit

Get ready for a workout that keeps you guessing & your body revolving! This dynamic class combines HIIT, strength building, agility, & flexibility training for a well-rounded, full-body experience.  Each session is uniquely designed to challenge your limits, improve your fitness, & keep things fresh & fun!  No two classes are the same, all fitness levels are welcome & will benefit!

Strength

As a group, we will focus on form, proper lifting techniques & build muscle together. The goal of this class is to help build muscle, feel stronger, & build confidence.  Class will be broken up in upper body, lower body, & full body on different days.


BODY Base

Unlock your body's full potential with this dynamic full-body workout designed to build strength from the ground up.  This class emphasizes functional movement, muscle activation, & balance to improve both physical strength & body awareness.  We will be using body weight, light weights & bands.


Elevate:  Upper Body Sculpt

Elevate: UBS is a strength-focused workout designed to tone, define & strengthen your arms, shoulders, & back.  This class combines controlled resistance training with dynamic movement to enhance muscular endurance, improve posture & build upper-body power.  Expect a mix of body weight exercises, targeted weightlifting, & functional movements that leave you feeling strong, sculpted, & elevated.  Whether you're looking to increase strength, improve definition, or enhance overall performance, this class is your go-to for a powerful upper-body transformation.

What is personal training? Take your fitness journey to the next level with personalized one-on-one training! Our initial consultation sets the stage for your success. Plus, you'll undergo a basic fitness screening to establish a baseline, so we can track your progress every step of the way.
